Commerce regulations of Ideenty

Products sold on Ideenty must comply with our trade conditions. This piece of document set out the types of products and services that cannot be offered for sale on the interface of Ideenty. Buyers and sellers are also required to ensure that they comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Failure to do so may result in various consequences, such as deleting ads and other content. If you re-publish content that violates Ideenty's policies, we may take further action on the affected account. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to disapprove, approve, or remove any ad for any reason.

Sex toys, sexual performance enhancing products

Body parts and body fluids

Blood, Urine, Body Parts, Organs, Human Tissue, Teeth

Discriminatory clauses

Ads may not discriminate or favor certain people based on personal characteristics. These include, but are not limited to, race, ethnicity, color, nationality, citizenship, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, disability, or disease or genetic disorder.

Documents, money, and cryptocurrencies

Ads can not promote the sale or purchase of original or counterfeit documents, money, financial instruments, or virtual currency

Gambling

Ads may not promote the sale or promotion of online gambling in money or a money surrogate resource, such as digital currency.

Exploitation of human beings and sexual services

Ads may not promote any form of human trafficking, prostitution, sexual and escort services.

Misleading, deceptive or offensive content

Ads may not contain deceptive, false, misleading, or offensive products or offers.

Prescription products, drugs and drug-related items

Ads may not promote the sale of drugs, drug paraphernalia, or prescription products.

Weapons, ammunition and explosives

Ads may not promote the sale or use of weapons, ammunition, or explosives.

Violation of third party rights

Ads may not contain content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party, such as copyright or trademark. This includes, without limitation, the sale or promotion of counterfeit products, such as products that use other companies' trademarks (name or logo) and / or distinctive features to create the effect of an original product.

Stolen goods

Ads may not promote the sale or purchase of stolen goods.

Subscription and digital products

Ads may not promote the sale and purchase of digital content, digital subscriptions, and digital accounts.
